Qualifications

• Experience delivering ASC 740 income tax provision and related schedules.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state income tax compliance for C-Corps.
• Familiarity with outsourced tax environments (Big 4 / regional firms).
• Experience coordinating with external tax advisors and sales tax providers (Avalara).
• Proven ability to manage audits and interact with tax authorities.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to operate independently in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual ASC 740 tax provision, including current and deferred calculations, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform provision-to-return true-ups and variance analyses.
• Compute quarterly estimated tax payments and related filings.
