Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service – Product Support Specialist – Tax to support Small Business Services clients. You will research issues, resolve challenges, and explain requirements, timelines, and next steps with clarity across phone, email and chat channels.

You will act as the front-line for solving client challenges, using strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer service environment where you researched issues, resolved customer concerns, communicated effectively with customers, and provided exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Be the Tax Expert. Assist clients with tax deposits and filing and manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver. Use broad expertise to help clients solve problems and provide solutions.
• Build Relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat to exceed expectations while upholding integrity.
• Leverage ADP product knowledge to provide solutions and translate input into recommendations for leadership and training.
• Demonstrate Client Focus by troubleshooting payroll and tax issues promptly and professionally.
