Job description

Client Service & Product Support Specialist – Tax

In this role you will provide consistent, high‑quality tax service to ADP clients. You will manage tax deposits and filings, act as the first line of support for client challenges, and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.

What You'll Do

• Be the Tax Expert – Assist clients with tax deposits and filing; manage inquiries from state and federal agencies.
• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver – Use expertise to help clients solve problems and provide solutions.
• Build Relationships – Connect with clients through phone, email, and chat, exceeding client expectations and upholding ADP’s value of "Integrity is Everything".
• Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to provide solutions and recommend best practices to leadership.
• Demonstrate strong client focus by troubleshooting and resolving payroll and tax issues promptly and professionally.

To Succeed in This Role

• At least two years of client service and/or call center experience, or a minimum of four years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience.
• Clear, concise communication in both written and verbal form.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong analytical and time‑management skills.
• A college degree is not required; relevant experience or military experience may substitute.

Bonus Points

• At least three years of Payroll Tax experience.
