Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to service customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advise on tax planning, and support local community growth with marketing-backed initiatives.

This on-site, non-exempt position requires at least 20 hours per week and a commitment to excellent customer service in a retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted licenses in tax or law as required by role.
• Experience filing federal/state returns with professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
