Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care.

As a trusted local ambassador, you’ll grow TurboTax's presence by building relationships in the community, attracting new clients, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Must possess PTIN to file taxes
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting them into long‑term clients
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers
• Perform tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy
• Leverage TurboTax marketing support and CRM/tools to grow your client base
