Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized tax advice.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base and provide proactive, community-focused service in a front-facing retail setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a commitment to on-site availability.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips and educational content.

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help build long-term client relationships.
