Intuit Careers is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base, build trust, and deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Tax experience, helping clients optimize refunds, minimize liabilities, and plan for future needs in a dynamic tax retail setting.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Licensed or practicing professional (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end client service.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience onsite and remotely, adapting to client needs.
