Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax expertise, build relationships, and grow your local client base while leveraging Intuit's ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with a team of tax experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.
