Job summary

Intuit seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem. You will work with a collaborative team, serving in-person and virtual clients, while growing a local client base through events and partnerships.

This role emphasizes full-service tax work, client relationships, and cross-selling complementary services in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season growth.
• Must wear company uniforms and participate in branding efforts.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
