Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our Local Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with in-person service to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, advice, and software support, build relationships in the community, and grow TurboTax's presence while delivering a trusted customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local TurboTax presence.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and community partners to attract new clients.
