Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building lasting relationships in the local community.

As a trusted advisor, you will help clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes, while growing the local client base with TurboTax marketing resources and your own community engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience (30+ returns per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours/week with variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
