Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build trust within the community, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses or bonds as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, representing the brand in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships, both in-person and via digital channels.
