Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships.

You will work onsite 20+ hours per week, engage with the local community, and leverage marketing support to grow your client base. A strong tax background and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax retail location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to identify deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
