Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert tax guidance at a TurboTax location.

You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients while expanding the local customer base and linking clients to Intuit ecosystem services. You will enable a seamless customer experience by understanding each client’s financial picture, providing personalized advice, and participating in community outreach

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax advice and complete preparation for clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to holistic services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service.
