Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will support in-person and virtual clients, building lasting relationships while guiding them through the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will work onsite, engage with the community, and grow a local client base through targeted outreach and events, leveraging marketing tools to maximize impact

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week; training as required.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Build long-term relationships and represent TurboTax in local marketing efforts.
