Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role involves on-site support for in-person customers, offering full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, establish long-term relationships, and leverage marketing support to build a thriving local business

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (1040+).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Desire to grow local client base and community presence.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and grow client base.
