Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to customers in your local community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
