Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses or permits as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and local outreach.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
