Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, becoming a trusted advisor in your community.

As part of a collaborative team, you will grow the local client base, engage with prospects, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging marketing support and tools to build a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
