Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site serving in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building long-term client relationships and contributing to local community growth.

Qualifications

• Must have active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays/Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
