Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with a network of tax and advisory specialists, and provide an end-to-end Intuit experience with a focus on community engagement and customer-first service.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex tax scenarios and future tax planning.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
