Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients.

You will integrate with a broader team to understand each client’s full financial picture, connect them to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and grow the local client base through community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ 1040s/season).
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8am-5pm, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simple to complex tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Provide tax planning advice and software support to customers.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build community relationships.
• Coordinate with other Intuit tax experts to deliver end-to-end service.
