Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You will cultivate community relationships, grow the local client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and tools to deliver accessible tax guidance. You’ll work in a front-facing retail setting, wearing a TurboTax uniform and contributing 20+ hours per

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax location.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and help grow TurboTax client base locally.
