Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer expert advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

You will represent TurboTax, engage with clients in person, and participate in local marketing initiatives to build trust and long-term relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience across federal/state forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and minimimize tax liabilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
