Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their taxes and grow your local client base. You will engage with the community, present tax tips, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to attract new clients, maintain relationships, and drive loyalty while wearing the TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
