Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will interact with in-store customers, provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

As a Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in local marketing initiatives and engage with the community to grow client relationships.
