Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios with clarity.

You’ll engage the community, grow the client base, and ensure a positive financial outcome for clients, while leveraging Intuit marketing and TurboTax tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location (min 20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
