Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site helping customers navigate tax needs with expert advice and friendly service.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll provide hands-on tax return preparation, deductions optimization, and software support, while building relationships in the local community and growing the client base through personalized

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, ≥20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, and lead local marketing efforts.
• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and amendments.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional, empathetic service and build long-term client relationships in-person and via video tools.
