Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. On-site service of in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax software.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base through community engagement, express customer support, and delivering a best-in-class experience while working in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to work on-site at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice.
• Assist local community with TurboTax marketing and outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service in person.
