Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building strong relationships in the local community.

You will be an ambassador for TurboTax, helping clients maximize refunds, grow your client base, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is highly preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow the local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to assist with tax needs.
