Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their taxes and achieve positive financial outcomes. You’ll work on-site, providing full-service tax return preparation and advice, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador; represent TurboTax locally and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and through Intuit tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to make taxes accessible in the community.
