Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve customers in-person, delivering full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused setting.

You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and provide a top-tier customer experience while working onsite 20+ hours weekly in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses/certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
