Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, serving in-person customers with full-service tax return preparation and advice while growing the local client base. You’ll build trust, deliver personalized tax solutions, and engage with the community to foster long-term relationships.

This role is non-exempt, onsite in the United States, with opportunities to participate in local marketing and marketing-supported client growth.

Qualifikationen

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interested in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, serving as a public face in the community.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
