You will serve in-person customers, provide tax advice, and complete tax returns using TurboTax software, helping clients navigate complex tax situations and build lasting relationships in the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred and current Basic PTIN on file.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours/week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations is required.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and interact in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts and make taxes accessible and approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
