Serve as a trusted tax advisor, preparing returns, giving tax advice, and supporting customers with TurboTax products in a friendly, community-focused setting. Role emphasizes growing the local client base, building long-term relationships, and contributing to Intuit’s prosperity mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.
• Experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with the local community and referrals.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
