Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in person at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax prep, advice, and software support while building a local client base and participating in community outreach.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, with hours that can include weekends; you will wear a TurboTax uniform and help customers navigate tax needs using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• At least 3 years of paid tax return filing for 30+ returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and IRS rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver superior customer experiences to build long-term relationships.
