You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support while building a local client base and community presence. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence with flexible hours, including weekends, to support peak periods and customer demand.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license; tax prep experience.
• Must have or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid prep of 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

• Represent TurboTax locally and engage prospects to grow client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns using TurboTax products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
