You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, tailoring solutions to individual circumstances while building lasting client relationships in the local community. This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes a customer-first approach and professional presentation.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Experience preparing federal and state tax returns using professional software.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
