Intuit, Inc. in Illinois is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base through community engagement.

The role requires working onsite, 20+ hours per week, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and growing TurboTax’s presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail location in the US, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice to customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and future tax planning.
• Deliver high-quality client experiences in a front-facing retail setting.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base.
