Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in Illinois. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients, and actively grow the local customer base while representing TurboTax in the community.

The role requires 20+ hours weekly, onsite presence, and strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience. Benefits and compensation reflect a strong pay-for-performance model.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must have a PTIN and be able to obtain state licenses as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the local client base through marketing, outreach, and referrals.
