Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in an engaging community setting.

You will drive local outreach, attract new clients, and grow loyalty using TurboTax tools and marketing support, while meeting regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain relevant state licenses or bonds.
• Onsite availability for 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax planning, deductions optimization, and tax calculations.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience and build trust.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships via community engagement.
