Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, helping clients maximize refunds while growing a local client base.

The role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours/week, and a background in tax preparation with licenses. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced on-site retail environment.
