Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This year‑round role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will perform in‑person tax preparation and advisory services, grow your client base with local marketing support, and deliver an exceptional customer experience onsite. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience with professional software.
• Comfortable onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Grow client base through local marketing and outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person.
