Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building community relationships and growing the local client base. You’ll partner with a team of financial experts, leveraging Intuit resources to deliver accurate tax solutions and a personalized, stress-free experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax in the local community and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve their financial goals.
