Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California. You will serve as a trusted advisor, performing on-site tax preparation, advice, and software support in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certifications may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build local client relationships and represent TurboTax in the community.
