Job summary

Intuit seeks knowledgeable TurboTax Retail Experts to serve clients at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax planning, and software support in person, while building trust and growing your local client base.

You will engage with customers, deliver a best-in-class experience, and participate in local marketing efforts to expand TurboTax’s reach within the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes and state licenses as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers onsite.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
