Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. As a trusted advisor, you’ll assist customers with in-person tax returns, tax advice, and software support while growing your local client base.

This non-exempt, part-time role requires onsite presence and about 20 hours per week, including Sundays. Candidates with active credentials, PTIN, and state licenses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• At least 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ 1040s).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite, front-facing retail role; 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
