Job summary

The role emphasizes providing superior service to clients, effective communication, and handling standard duties as assigned. Previous experience with Windows-based programs is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reading and math skills needed to complete tax interviews.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with beginning of tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
