Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a team member to assist with the start of tax interviews by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program. The role includes assembling tax returns, obtaining signatures, and reviewing the finished product with clients to ensure quality service.

As part of the team, you will ensure every client receives superior service and perform additional duties as assigned. This entry-level position emphasizes accuracy, communication, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills are required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Previous experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Enter client and W-2 information into the tax program to begin the interview.
• Assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, review the finished product with the client, and complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
