Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a team member to assist with the tax interview process, entering client and W-2 data, and helping assemble the tax return with the client.

You will review the completed products, obtain signatures, and help with bookkeeping procedures, ensuring superior service for all clients. This role supports multiple steps of the tax-preparation process and may include additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax interview.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone.
• Experience with Windows-based computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the beginning of the tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into the tax program.
• Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining signatures, reviewing the product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures.
• Ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service.
• All other duties as assigned.
